Beautiful and strong, this design draws inspiration from Minoan bull sculptures and the Bull Headed Lyre from Mesopotamia, one of the oldest stringed instruments in the world. The charismatic creature is captured here in a clean modern form with expressive, attenuated horns, a detailed face and ears and clever touches including a ring in the nose and gold granule between the eyes. This exceptional 22-karat gold sculpture shows the gracefulness and strength of the resilient bull.
