• All orders ship free via FedEx priority overnight.
• If the item is in stock, shipments typically go out the next day. All shipments are insured and require signature by an adult.
• All international orders are shipped via FedEx Worldwide Express for a fee. Shipments are subject to import customs duties and fees. The recipient of the shipment will be the importer and is responsible for all assigned import duties and fees.

• Returns or exchanges must be requested and sent back within 72 hours of receipt. Products and packaging must be intact and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if a piece is determined damaged.
• All international orders are final sale.

• All our pieces are intentionally handcrafted in our studio in California (USA) by Loren.
• Most items listed on http://www.loren-nicole.com are available for immediate delivery. Some items are made to order. Production times will vary.
• All products listed on http://www.loren-nicole.com are offered for sale, subject to availability. We will not be liable in the event any selected product is not available.
• Prices shown are in United States dollars, excluding taxes and shipping costs. We reserve the right to modify the price of any products at anytime without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the product is not available, is incorrectly priced and/or incorrectly described.
• Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to California.
• We make every effort to ensure that the products on http://www.loren-nicole.com are accurately displayed. However, variations between the photography and actual product may occur due to uncontrolled variables.
• Most special orders require approximately six to eight weeks from the date of confirmation. Some complicated pieces may require longer. Order due dates will be confirmed upon order confirmation. Any changes to the order due date will be communicated by the sales manager.

• We stand behind our work and guarantee our craftsmanship. We will repair any quality issues.
• Our warranty covers manufacturers defect within one year of purchase. It does not cover normal wear or customer misuse or damage. Part of the appeal of 22-karat gold is that it changes with time and wear. It may burnish and wear over time, developing individual character.
• In the case of repairs, please contact concierge@loren-nicole.com for instructions on how to return the piece to the studio. Once it is received, we will assess the piece and advise if there will be any charges.
• You will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipment on any repairs not covered by our warranty.
