We want you to experience the weight, flexibility, and beauty of each piece. You will have 3 days from receipt to decide to purchase or return the memo.
Shipping is complementary. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for easy returns.
We will collect your credit card information prior to shipping. If you choose to keep any item(s) after the 3-day memo period, your card will be charged for the full retail price of your order.
If at the end of the 3-day period you choose to return the item(s), once the jewel is received, it will be inspected to verify it is in its original condition, including all original packaging.
Shipping is insured and complementary provided you use the return shipping label enclosed. If you do not use the enclosed shipping label you will be held liable for any return shipping damages.
If the piece is damaged in any way it will not be accepted for return, and you will be charged the full price. (Excluding instances of return shipping damage, which will be determined by Loren Nicole.) If the jewel(s) arrives damaged in any way, please notify us immediately at concierge@loren-nicole.com, otherwise we will assume you received it in good condition.
If you do not notify us of your decision within the 3-day memo period, we will process your payment and the item is no longer returnable.
Please note, while in your possession, you are solely responsible for the safe care and keeping of the jewel(s). Should anything happen while in your possession, including but not limited to theft or mysterious disappearance, your credit card will be processed for the full price of the jewel(s).
