A smooth 22k yellow gold band ring featuring a sea of granulation between two walls. Granulation is an ancient art form, believed to have originated in Sumer over 5000 years ago. It involves the application of microscopic spheres of gold individually placed on the surface of another piece of gold. The consistently shaped granules evenly laid out in rows creates a soft shimmering surface reminiscent of silk fabric.
