A 22-karat gold cuff bracelet with scarab beetle terminals, a powerful symbol of renewal and rebirth from ancient Egypt. The scarab was so ubiquitous and important that Tutankhamun's tomb was covered with elaborate examples. The scarabs on this bracelet are created from flat gold sheet, with the ancient techniques of chasing, repousse and granulation bringing the form to life.
