Australian Gold Nugget Pendant

This one-of-a-kind jewel is composed of a naturally occurring gold nugget formed from the molten gold left from a volcanic eruption and years of tumbling in water. It was discovered by a prospector who travels between Australia and Canada’s Yukon Territory searching for natural gold deposits. Nuggets are rare and beautiful specimens, accounting for less than two percent of gold. Rarer than diamonds, they are increasingly hard to find, especially in this size.
